The high-performance welding contact tip developed by our company, the α-tip, maintains the stability of supplying wire to the targeted location, but now has a split-tip S tip that allows only the tip part, which is prone to wear, to be replaced. , we have newly developed a highly durable Alpha CS chip with a built-in non-wearing material!
The Alpha Tip (split type) boasts 5 to 7 times the durability of commercially available welding contact tips, and incorporates ceramic as a wire exit wear prevention mechanism, making it more than three times more durable than the standard Alpha Tip and 15 to 20 times more durable and reliable than commercially available welding contact tips. *1
In addition, with the standard Alpha Tip, like general commercially available welding tips, there was an issue that the entire contact tip had to be replaced when the tip wore down. However, by making the adapter and tip S-tip into a separate structure, we have made it possible to replace only the tip S-tip in the unlikely event of wear.
The α-CS tip is an environmentally friendly welding contact tip that has a split structure consisting of a spring-loaded adapter that provides a stable supply of wire and an S-tip with a highly wear-resistant ceramic tip, which increases continuous operation rates, reduces waste, and significantly reduces the cost of consumables.
The applicable wire diameter is Φ1.2, and the corresponding tip lengths are 40L and 45L.

Precautions for use
The α-Tip integrated and separate adapters have a special spring built in, so please check the following points.
- Adjust the pressure of the wire feeder to be slightly stronger.
- Use with torches 4m or less…Standard feed motor specifications
However, if a long torch feeder is used, it can also be used with 6m torches. - Please clean the coil liner, etc., as dirt may cause poor feeding.
